Message idea. I mean yea, 90 degree air is "cool" compared to a hot engine in the summer time.
What about making something towards the rear of the engine bay area to release the hot air so it doesn't stay trapped (like a front to rear flow). Cool air into engine, engine creates heat, heat escapes through the rear, cool air into engine, etc.
Just food for thought.
